The Internet Thinks The Beast Is HOT & Emma Watson Agrees

Beauty & the Beast killed it at the box office over the weekend & Emma Watson revealed that she thinks the Beast is actually way hotter than the Prince.
Movie goers clearly took the “be our guest” concept and ran with it because Beauty & The Beast had the biggest box office opening this year.
The film, which cost $160 million to make, racked in an impressive $170 million domestically over the weekend and $180 million internationally. This marks the biggest box office opener so far for 2017 and the seventh biggest box office debut of all time. It also the marks the biggest domestic debut for a Disney live action beating out Maleficent, Cinderella, and the Jungle Book. Disney’s studio distribution chief Dave Hollis expressed his excitement saying QUOTE - “It’s incredible. It’s amazing. There are almost no words to fully capture how gratifying it is to see a result like this from a team that has been working on telling stories like this for years.” And It seems as though Beauty and the Beast in particular has a history of good luck. Back in 1991, the animated original became the first animated film to ever earn a Best Picture nomination at the Oscars.
It’s safe to say that Disney has definitely hit the jack pot with this new era of recreating their classics as live actions and are currently in the works of bringing Mulan and Dumbo to life next. Mulan I am 1000% down with but Dumbo? It’s about a flying elephant who hangs out with other elephants…but ok.
In other Beauty & the Beast news, one common reaction amongst audiences that I don’t think the studio was expecting was the fact that everyone is freaking out over how hot they think the Beast is. Even his co-star Emma Watson said QUOTE - “There’s something a bit sad about when he transforms. You’re like a bit, oh … okay, you were quite nice before. He’s hot. The beast is hot.” She also admitted that she thinks Aslan, the lion from the Chronicles of Narnia is also pretty spicy as well. Emma explained herself saying QUOTE - “Is that okay? Probably not … No … it’s not okay … it’s not okay … I’m getting shaking heads. It happens. Sometimes animals in films are hot, I don’t know what to say. That’s where we’re at.”
I get it, I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I thought Goofy’s son in the goofy movie was sexy. But I want to hear what you guys think and who saw Beauty & the Beast?
