Around 100 dog lovers gathered at Penang City Council dog pound on Monday asking Penang to stop killing stray dogs after it has been declared rabies-free. They marched all the way for 2km from Jalan Sungai to Komtar to handover a memorandum to Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng pleading government to stop animal cruelty.
