The Sunan Ampel religious pilgrimage is located in Surabaya, East Java. This place is visited by many pilgrims who want to visit the tomb of Sunan Ampel.

The tomb of Raden Muhammad Ali Rahmatullah or better known as Sunan Ampel, is located behind the mosque. To reach the tomb had to pass through nine gates, in the direction of the wind, which symbolizes Wali Songo or the nine trustees. The three arches that located in the grave are original heritage building of Sunan Ampel.

The tomb of Sunan Ampel is near to the tomb of his first wife, Nyai Condrowati, which was a descendant of King Brawijaya Lima.
