Scary movies aren’t for everyone and Tiffany Haddish wasn’t ashamed to admit that. In fact, Tiffany actually revealed on ‘Late Night with Seth Meyers’ earlier this week that she had the opportunity to audition for a role in the Oscar-winning film ‘Get Out’ but as you all know, she wasn’t a part of the movie and she had a very good reason why.
And when Jordan tried to convince Tiffany that the movie wasn’t about demons, well, she begged to differ. But before we show you this clip of what Tiffany had to say, I just have to say for the record that if you haven’t seen the movie yet, this is kinda sorta a huge spoiler but also if you haven’t seen it yet, what the heck are you doing with your life?
Anyway, here’s what Tiffany said when Jordan told her the movie wasn’t demonic.
I mean, I guess that is scary, but you just have to see it to understand the whole thing. After that explanation, Tiffany went on to reveal that her fear of scary movies and being a part of them isn’t an irrational fear.
See? Understandable and totally not irrational at all. No one wants to be cursed or have some wild spirit follow them around for their rest of their life! So, good call Tiffany.
So what did you guys think of Tiffany’s surprising reveal? Do you think she should’ve just auditioned for the film anyway or do you totally agree with her reasoning for not wanting any part in ‘Get Out?’ Share your thoughts in the comment section below.
