Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) said maintenance work for the substation in Kuala Selangor could not be delayed further because two hot spots were detected with thermal scanning on Dec 15. The work is estimated to cause water supply disruption to 3.9 million households and businesses in the Klang Valley for up to six days, beginning Monday.
