As if there weren’t already enough reasons to love Tom Holland, he just came to the rescue of a fan being trampled by people trying to get his autograph and picture. Ugh he is just such a good person.
What’s up y’all? It’s Emile Ennis Jr. here with Clevver News and Tom Holland, AKA Spider-Man, just became an actual real-life super hero.
Tom is currently in New York City to promote the new Spider-Man film, Far From Home. And before his appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, fans gathered outside to catch a glimpse of Tom in the flesh.
But things got out of hand, as things usually do when huge celebrities stepped out. This unfortunately turned into a bit of a mob scene when Tom arrived.
The crowd rushed forward causing one fan to become crushed against the barricade.
That fan, who goes by Nameless Cass on Twitter, shared this video where you can hear her say she is going to have a panic attack and that’s when Tom came to her rescue.
Listen closely to hear Tom confront the other fans pushing her against the barricade, saying "I'm going to throw your sh*t on the floor if you keep pushing that girl."
YAAAS Tom, check it out.
She captioned the video quote, “It’s okay I got you I got you” @TomHolland1996 This was absolutely INSANE and should NEVER happen....my neck was literally against the barricade with 30 grown men behind me pushing.... ridiculous how people act like you’re not only endangering fans safety but Toms as well”
And in case you needed another angle of that mob scene, that same person’s friend took this video from the outside of the crowd.
And Nameless Cass wasn't the only person to complain about the behavior of some of the fans at the scene.
Another person replied to her tweet saying quote, “I was there too I was crying because I was happy yet because I was scared. I never would have thought that people way older than me and bigger would be squashing me to the ground. I wasn’t able to get an autograph or a picture.”
And now fans are flooding Twitter with love for Tom because, well, he’s proved to be an actual super hero.
One person wrote quote, “tom holland has big d*ck energy and uses it for the right reasons. i knew i was stanning someone who deserved it”
And another said quote, “ ‘i’m gonna throw your shit on the floor if you keep pushing that girl.’ yessir that’s my spider-man”
I MEANNNN, Tom is just the best. And if you didn’t already stan him, now you have no excuse not to.
Alright guys, now I want to hear from you.
How sweet was Tom in that video? And have you ever been in a scary fan situation?
