1MDB CEO Arul Kanda Kandasamy branded DAP National Publicity Secretary a “hypocrite” for making videos scandalising the government investment firm but not of caretaker Penang chief minister Lim Guan Eng’s purchase of a bungalow.
The bungalow purchase is part of an ongoing lawsuit.
Arul says while he enjoyed Pua’s videos, he disputed the source from which its contents were based.
“Tony Pua is a hypocrite,” he says in a press conference after the 1MDB ‘You Ask, We Answer’ session, where members of the 500 or so audience grilled him for over two hours.
