The Chief Secretary to the Government, Mohd Zuki Ali, could not hold back the tears when he praised civil servants in his speech in Putrajaya today.

Mohd Zuki was seen pausing several times to wipe his tears before continuing his speech while apologising for the situation.

In his speech, among other things, Mohd Zuki touched on the civil servant remuneration scheme and challenges for new employment in the government sector.
