The Kelantan PAS government is currently mulling a proposal to introduce public caning as punishment for Muslims convicted of committing adultery and/or consuming alcohol in the state as a part of their efforts to implement Hudud law. Does this step into the boundaries of human rights violations? Should other states follow suit? We find out what the people think about this proposal.
