J-Kom officer Abdul Wahab Abdul Kadir Jilani is demanding RM5 million in aggravated and exemplary damages from Bersatu information committee member Badrul Hisham Shaharin.

This is among the list of reliefs contained in the plaintiff’s defamation suit filed against the defendant, also known as Chegubard, over the spread of a video allegedly containing lewd conversations.

The video allegedly showed individuals who looked like former J-Kom director-general Mohammad Agus Yusoff and Wahab.
