Community Communications Department (J-Kom) officer Abdul Wahab Abdul Kadir Jilani is set to haul J-Kom training and education director Hakim Ramlee and Bersatu information committee member Badrul Hisham Shaharin (Chegubard) to court over alleged defamation.

Wahab’s counsel Faizal Rahman today said that the duo failed to comply with the 48-hour ultimatum for an apology and payment of damages over the spread of a video allegedly containing lewd conversations.
