After going viral on Twitter thanks to a video showing him singing and Yodeling in a Walmart store, Mason Ramsey is living his BEST life. First he got to appear on Ellen, and this weekend, he got to perform at Coachella….where he impressed none other than JUSTIN BIEBER. You gotta love the power of the internet.
Mason joined DJ Whethan’s set on stage at Coachella on Friday to sing his rendition of Hank Williams’ “Lovesick Blues”, and the attending audience of thousands went NUTS for the viral sensation. Coachella always has a number of celebrity performers and VIP in attendance, and Justin was among them. But we had no idea Justin was so stoked to see Mason’s performance, until the fan videos from the fest started pouring in.
Not only did Justin WATCH Mason sing, he also went backstage to meet the talented young man. A few fans caught Biebs dancing and cheering along to Mason’s performance, which was EVERYTHING!

Photogs took pictures of Mason and Justin, and caught Justin sweetly asking Mason about himself and telling him how proud he was of him. It was basically the most endearing and heartwarming thing that’s ever happened at Coachella...
Mason Ramsey, we officially could not be more impressed or proud of you and your Walmart yodeling journey that lead you to that life-changing moment.
In other Bieber news, Justin reportedly punched a man in the face at Coachella fest this weekend--only this time, he’s being praised for it.
According to TMZ, Justin punched a man in the face who was assaulting a woman at the music festival. The outlet reported that at a party on Saturday a man QUOTE “went ballistic” and allegedly grabbed a woman by the throat. Biebs screamed at the guy to let the woman go, and when he didn’t Justin QUOTE, “hit the man in the face and pushed him against the wall...allowing the woman to break free.” TMZ also said that the man Justin punched appeared to be on drugs, and that he was arrested later that evening -- the man, not Justin. Luckily THIS story doesn’t end with Justin arrested, because he was a hero in this scenario.
