Okay before we go any further, you guys need to watch this video of a kid yodeling at a Walmart, which has gone viral for reasons too obvious to mention:
And you thought YOUR hobbies were unique.
The adorable boy in the video is Illinois resident Mason Ramsey, and this is not the first time he’s yodeled at a Walmart. It turns out, Mason is pretty well known in the town of Harrisburg for dressing up in his finest shirt, cowboy boots, and bow-tie, and yodeling his little heart out at the town’s local Walmart. The song he’s singing in the video is Lovesick Blues by Hank Williams, and thanks to his impressive vocals, perfect tempo, and stand-out style, Twitter is OBSESSED with him.
And where there is a Twitter obsession, there are hundreds of follow-up memes...
The reactions to Mason’s yodeling video were absolutely hilarious, with one user Tweeting QUOTE, “somewhere father john misty is watching the walmart yodel boy SHAKING”.
While comedian Elijah Daniel joked, “yodeling kid in walmart is the new lil pump”.
One user Tweeted the question, “How could you even watch the walmart yodel boy?” with the following video as their answer:
Okay name a more iconic mashup than those cheerleaders dancing to Mason’s yodeling. I’ll wait.
The reaction tweets and memes got so out of hand, that one person dubbed Mason’s voice into a Sims game….
