Pakatan Harapan comprised “leftist” parties based on socialism and was thus incompatible with Malaysia, according to Bersatu information chief Wan Saiful Wan Jan.

Wan Saiful, a former researcher and former head of think tank Ideas, told a Lembah Pantai Bersatu briefing yesterday that such characteristics are clearly exhibited by DAP and PKR.

“Until this day, DAP’s cadres must go through DAP Socialist Youth.

“The leftist agenda brought by them is not suitable for our country founded by Tunku Abdul Rahman’s principles of freedom and justice,” said Wan Saiful.
