Miley Cyrus is obsessed with a few things: high-cut leotards, twerking, her own tongue, being generally naked and now it seems she has a new obsession: Kissing. What's going on?

Okay guys, I'm officially dubbing Miley Cyrus the Makeout Bandit. The girl attacks people with kisses. Two weeks ago there was the now-infamous make out with Katy Perry.

And now this week, Miley kissed a regular fan in the audience and it was, well, pretty intense.

And these aren't the only lucky lip lockers. Miley has been making the rounds and kissing a lot of celebs around the world.

Soooo is Miley just gonna give fans kisses instead of autographs from now on? I
