Kuala Langat MP Dr Xavier Jayakumar was swarmed by reporter this morning after he received his Covid-19 vaccine at the Kuala Langat Municipal Council sports complex.
He was pressed by reporters as he walked to his car, but he only said that he stood by the previous statement he gave.
On Saturday, he resigned from PKR to support Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin.
Xavier said this was necessary, citing a need to ensure that the government remains stable and to avoid an election.
