The government will be giving financial assistance to the Kedai Rakyat 1Malaysia 2.0 outlets to reduce transportation costs said Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
He said by giving financial assistance to reduce the price for transportation and distribution it will allow for the shops to maintain their prices below the market price nationwide, especially in Sabah and Sarawak.
