Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi urged all tahfiz boarding schools to comply with safety requirements, after 23 people died in a fire that broke out at Tahfiz Darul Quran Ittifaqiyah in Kuala Lumpur Thursday morning.
