藝術發展局即將頒發「2014香港藝術發展獎」，當中電影界別「年度藝術家獎」被揭程序不公，評審小組控訴原建議今年獎項從缺，但藝發局總評審團未獲小組同意下推翻賽果，將獎項頒予《魔警》導演林超賢。《壹錘定音》就此訪問幾位導演和藝人，了解他們的看法。
