【本報訊】港大校董之一的民建聯立法會議員鍾樹根去信港大校長馬斐森，要求徹查學生上周二「非法禁錮」校委，並稱以粗口辱罵校委，可構成被控普通襲擊。不過，大律師陸偉雄指刑事襲擊必須有身體接觸，「算我孤陋寡聞，法律上我唔理解、亦唔認知純粹講粗口構成襲擊」。
