【本報訊】工務小組昨舉行特別會議討論讓12名建制派議員後補加入。建制派為保送後來者而歪理盡出，民建聯主席譚耀宗指泛民「唔好一朝有權就去弄權」，黨羽鍾樹根更自創會議程序，指小組主席享酌情權讓後來者加入，小組主席公民黨黨魁梁家傑指正鍾時更爆發激辯，鍾不敵敗陣，但因時間不足，小組需擇日再討論有關問題。
