Selena and Demi have gone through quite a few ups and downs throughout their friendship. First they were the best of friends and then they weren’t friends anymore and then they mended their friendship, you get the point. Anyway, after their latest reunion at the 2017 InStyle Awards, it got us thinking about some of our favorite Delena memories through the years.
So let’s take a trip way wayyy back to when these two first became besties on the set of Barney and sang their little hearts out constantly.
Adorable, right? Well, if you’ve been following both of their careers very closely, you would know that Barney wasn’t the last time Demi and Selena were on screen together.
Many years later, Delena co-starred in the Disney Channel Original Movie ‘Princess Protection Program’ and honestly, it just made us love them together even more.
Someone needs to start a petition for Demi and Selena to star in another movie together again. And of course, who could forget their incredible duets together?
Speaking of duets, how about this fun fact. Not long before Selena launched her own singing career, she actually did backup vocals for Demi’s song, ‘Two World Collide.’
If that isn’t the cutest BFF moment, then I don’t know what is. Actually, I take that comment back because when the girls used to do Vlogs together, this was actually their cutest BFF moment.
I have a feeling a bunch of people would pay good money to see Selena and Demi recreate their BFF handshake.
Sigh, those were the good old days. Back when times were less complicated and the only drama was if Miley Cyrus’ song ‘7 Things’ was actually about Nick Jonas or not. .
