Our fav pair of childhood BFFs are looking like they rekindled their friendship.
Just yesterday, Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez both attended the third Annual InStyle Awards at The Getty Center in Los Angeles, looking as gorgeous as ever. Demi wore a beautiful lavender gown with a sexy slit, while Selena rocked a stunning black mini dress.
Though the two have attended quite a few of the same events over the years, this was the first time in a long time we’ve seen Demi and Selena reunite in person, with photo evidence. And it, of course, gave us all the feels.
As we know, the girls have had quite the rocky relationship over the last few years, despite them being friends since the age of 7. At one point, they weren’t even following each other online. However, it’s looking like those bad times are behind them, because not only are they following each other again, they’re even showing their support publicly on social media.
Like, for instance, back in July when Demi tweeted about how much she loved Selena’s single “Fetish”, and of course, just last week when Selena responded to Demi’s documentary via Instagram comment, saying QUOTE “This was beautiful. I’m so happy for you. You always continue to be bold and real. I wish more people were like you. Love you”
And now they’re even taking cute pics together at events, so I’m just guessing here, but I’m thinking these two may have buried the hatchet once and for all.
