Over the weekend in between slaying the iHeart Music Festival, Demi, who revealed she recently had dinner with Selena, also chatted about their reunion at a friend’s house, and here’s what she had to say:

So as for another hangout on the horizon, Demi did say that the two are very busy right now, seeing that they’re both about to release albums in the weeks to come, but we’ve definitely got high hopes on this one.
And although the ex-Disney pals both have albums coming out about one week apart from each other, I am happy to report that there is no competition between them. In fact, Demi is in full support mode and is looking forward to hearing Selena’s album, but only hasn’t yet because of her schedule saying, “I really want to hear her new music. I like her new stuff.”
