Selangor Mentri Besar Amirudin Shari announced on Friday that the Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) has offered to take over Syarikat Pengeluaran Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (SPLASH) for RM2.55bil. The figure is a 28% discount based on SPLASH's net book value as of June 30.
