Activist group Otai Reformis called for Pakatan Harapan to be strengthened by allowing Parti Amanah Negara (Amanah) to field its candidates in both the Sungai Besar and Kuala Kangsar by-elections.
Submitting a memorandum to Amanah on the matter at the party’s headquarters in Kuala Lumpur today, Otai Reformis spokesperson Saiful Ariffin said the group believes that Amanah was not only a mere replacement to PAS, but was an even better replacement for the Islamist party, in the current opposition coalition.
