Amy Schumer to Play Barbie (With a Twist) in New Movie

Comedian and actress Amy Schumer is in talks to play Barbie in a new Sony live action film!
Now before you scratch your head and say but wait I thought Amy was about embracing your imperfections! You are exactly right my friends! Barbie with a twist!
The famous Mattel toy has always been known for its perfect yet unrealistic body stats, and Amy is a role model for women taking a stance on embracing your body and loving it no matter the size. So why would Amy play a Barbie doll? Ok, get ready for this you guys because this movie sounds amazing! According the Deadline, the movie will center around an imperfect Barbie who lives in BarbieLand with all the other barbies. And because the imperfect Barbie doesn’t fit in with the other barbies she is kicked out of BarbieLand and ends up in the real world and makes all these life changing discoveries about the true meaning of happiness and loving yourself! She ends up taking her knew found discoveries back to Barbieland to spread the word.
You guys! I literally am so excited for this movie. Production will begin in the spring of 2017! This will be epic and a great film for our generation and the younger generations. Learning to embrace your individual beauty and your differences is so important! Amy will be perfect for this role.
But of course, their will always be the haters and Amy has been receiving some backlash! And of course this comes from people who only read the headlines and didn’t read the full article. I’m not even going to say the tweets because they don’t deserve the publicity, but honestly they need to just go home! We got your back Amy!
