Police will issue a permit to the organisers of this Saturday's rally to protest against the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (Icerd).
Inspector-general of police Mohamad Fuzi Harun said police will issue the notice either today or tomorrow, adding that the necessary preparations will be made to ensure the rally does not disrupt public order.
