Opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim said the government still appears confused when it comes to implementing a proper Movement Control Order (MCO) despite having dealt with the health crisis for more than a year.

He said those who end up suffering due to the lack of a proper response are the people, especially the poor who are struggling to make ends meet during the pandemic.
