In his speech at the World Chinese Economic Forum (WCEF) on Friday, PKR president-elect Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said there are others who are more deserving than him for the Benevolent Leadership Award that WCEF bestowed him.
Anwar said DAP veteran Lim Kit Siang, who received the WCEF Outstanding Lifetime Achievement Award during the same ceremony, as well as many others who fought for a New Malaysia, should also be given credit.
