While there was plenty of action going down ON stage at the 2014 MTV VMAs, there was also a lot down BACKstage as well, including Ariana Grande taking a tumble AND getting caught holding hands with Big Sean!
Hey guys, thanks for keeping it locked at Clevver’s Trophy Life where we’re giving you all the details from the show’s behind-the-scenes moments you might have missed. Yes, right before a commercial break we caught a glimpse of Ariana Grande and Big Sean walking together backstage. Seems pretty innocent, right? Well, when we got a closer peak at Big Sean we saw that he had his arm around the “Problem” singer and then we saw them GASP – HOLDING HANDS!
There have been tons of rumors swirling about these two and their potential romance, and this hand holding certainly seems to point to them being a couple, yes? Or maybe they were just being friendly? Either way – we find it VERY interesting
And, hey, maybe he was just trying to help her keep her balance since, earlier in the night, she did fall backstage.

Yikes! Happens to the best of us Ariana! Just look at your collab partner Iggy! She fell during a pre-VMAs performance in front of a whole crowd of people and was able to laugh it off. So we wouldn’t sweat it.
