Ariana Grande has posted a touching tribute to Mac Miller on her Instagram
Plus, it looks like she has a new furry friend in her life
On Friday, Ariana Grande finally spoke out about the death of her ex-boyfriend, Mac Miller.
The singer posted a video of the late-rapper alongside a heartfelt caption. She wrote QUOTE “i adored you from the day i met you when i was nineteen and i always will. i can’t believe you aren’t here anymore. i really can’t wrap my head around it. we talked about this. so many times. i’m so mad, i’m so sad i don’t know what to do. you were my dearest friend. for so long. above anything else. i’m so sorry i couldn’t fix or take your pain away. i really wanted to. the kindest, sweetest soul with demons he never deserved. i hope you’re okay now. rest.”
The touching tribute came a week after Mac overdosed in his LA home. Ariana posted a black and white photo of the rapper a day after his death, but it wasn’t until now that she’s spoken publicly about it. In addition to the video, Ari posted two Instagram stories of her listening to the the songs “Ladders” and “Dunno,” which are both off of Mac’s last album, Swimming.
It’s no doubt been a tough couple of weeks for the singer, which is possibly why she’s been seeking the comfort of her newest furry friend.
Over the weekend, she posted a series of photos and videos on her Instagram stories of herself with an adorable teacup pig. She hasn’t given much information about it yet, but judging from her fiance, Pete Davidson’s newest tattoo, the piglet is planning to stay.
Last night, NYC tattoo artist @girlknewyork posted a photo of the the SNL comedian with a fresh tattoo of a pig on his side. The tatt says QUOTE “Piggy Smalls” next to it, so we’re guessing that’s the name of the couple’s cute pet.
The funny guy also got a tattoo of Winnie the Pooh holding a balloon. We’re not quite sure what that symbolizes just yet, but I’m sure we’ll find out sooner or later.
