Pete Davidson really poured salt on the for a promo video for this weekends episode of Saturday night live. Pete, with Jonah Hill next to him, asked musical guest Maggie Rogers QUOTE “Hey Maggie, I’m Pete. You wanna get married?” And then pete simply jokes he’s “0-3” in reference to his failed relationships. Most recently being Ariana grande, and before that, Pete was dating Cazzie David, Larry David’s daughter for two years.
So how did Ari respond to this obvious joke about their fallout of an engagement? Welllll she definitely had a few choice words for her ex fiance. After a traumatizing year, Ari had just about no patience left when it came to pulling punches. So she took to twitter to throw some shade. She said QUOTE: “for somebody who claims to hate relevancy u sure love clinging to it huh”
She also sent out a few more tweets in response to the promo video that said “thank u, next” and “Hell naw tho”.
It’s pretty clear Ari doesn’t have the time for jokes, as she is working on herself before she kicks off her Sweetener tour for 2019. A spokesperson for miss grande said “Given the events of the past couple of years, Ariana is going to take some much needed time to heal and mend. She will be staying close to home and using this period to spend time with her loved ones and work on new music without deadline. SHe thanks her fans for their understanding.”
