Ashley Tisdale Dishes On BEEF With 'HSM' Co-Star!

Pause your Disney Plus for a second because Ashley Tisdale just came in hot spilling some Disney tea and I promise Lizzie McGuire will still be there in a few minutes.
What’s up? It’s Emile Ennis Jr. here with Clevver News and Ashley Tisdale just appeared on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live and she revealed which High School Musical co-star she originally did not get along with.
Ashley, who in case you forgot, starred as the iconic Sharpay Evans in the HSM franchise, was asked by a caller about the rumors she and her co-star Lucas Grabeel didn't get along while making the first movie.
And it actually turns out, that Ashley and Lucas, who played her brother, Ryan, really didn't get off on the right foot, but it was all a misunderstanding.
Apparently Ashley got a little TOO into her character as Sharpay and Lucas thought she was actually like that.
She continued on and said quote, “And it wasn't until we wrapped that he was like, 'Oh, you're not that person.' And I was like, 'Yeah.' But I was probably at first giving him line readings at the screen test, I was like, 'I want the last line, okay? So this is what I'm going to say.’”
And she laughed as she said quote, “I was 18, but I wanted the job! So, I mean, I got it!”
So it seems like the rumor was true, but was more just about how dedicated to Sharpay Ashley was. And I respect that, like I said before, Sharpay is an iconic character.
And along with starring in the High School Musical movies, Ashley also had a recurring role in "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody," which we all know starred Cole and Dylan Sprouse.
During her Watch What Happens Live appearance, a caller also asked Ashley to play a game of "Shag, Marry and Kill" with her former co-stars, Zac Efron and the Sprouse twins.
She said quote, "Are you kidding me? You picked twins and Zac? This is so brutal, man."
And though she cringed, she said she would shag Cole, marry Dylan, and laughed while saying she would kill Zac.
But Ashley was NOT thrilled with the way certain media outlets twisted this fun moment.
She shared this headline on her Twitter page and wrote quote, “This clickbait is really gross to me. It was a GAME marry, shag or kill. Tbh all 3 of these guys are like my brothers, also anyone questioning why I didn’t pick Zac is very weird. Y’all know who my best friend is... I would be mortified if this said I wanted to “sleep” with zac”
And I totally get that. It was just a game and it was all in good fun. There was one question though that Ashley wouldn’t answer. She was pretty open about her time on Disney except when a caller asked “What is the wildest/craziest thing you've ever seen a Disney Channel co-star do?”
Ashley said quote, "Oh, I plead the fifth on that. I'm not even going there, ha ha! Not going there.”
Which obviously has us wondering WHAT she’s seen. But I guess the world may never know.
