The Fifth Harmony gal proves she’s A-OK with more than one “Work” song on the radio right now.
Camila Cabello took to her personal YouTube channel March 14 to post a raw acoustic mashup of Drake’s “Energy” and Rihanna’s “Work”. A great combo if you ask us! Apparently this is part 2, part 1 was posted to her Twitter feed. Here’s another listen at the awesome mashup.
Please note the strategically placed teddy bear in the background. No wait- probably not strategically placed. You’re right. Already there. Anyways, we think this Drake-RiRi cover mashup is fantastic! We love seeing Camila’s stripped down vocals and guitar skills. Camila took to Twitter and admitted she even got some of the lyrics wrong in the chorus. But nope- doesn’t bother us at all. We still love it.
In other Camila Twitter news she’s swapped the phonetic spelling of her name on Twitter for the actual spelling. It used to read CamEEla CabeYo and perhaps as a sign of growing up, has been replaced with the normal spelling. Fans have been RIPing the Twitter name and begging for her to change it back.
