Penang’s oldest civil servant, Ong See Fook, who served as personal assistant to three Chief Ministers, passed away on Wednesday.
Prior to being a personal assistant to Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng, he also served under Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon and Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu.
