A doctor was charged on Thursday at the Butterworth Sessions Court for issuing fake medical certificates to drivers renewing their Public Service Vehicle licences.
Dr Teaw Sock Boey allegedly issued the certificate in order to deceive the Road Transport Department (JPJ) into processing the driver's vehicle licence.
