Former Perlis menteri besar Azlan Man has been charged at the Kangar Sessions Court today for submitting false claims of RM1.185 million for his trip to the UK.
Prosecutors laid five charges against Azlan who claimed trial before judge Norsalha Hamzah.
The charges were framed under Section 18 of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 for submitting false documents with the intention to deceive.
