A former MIC vice president and his son were among six people remanded for six days to facilitate investigations into RM13 million in fraudulent claims made to the Drainage and Irrigation Department (DID). The Tan Sri is alleged to have made several fraudulent claims to the DID on the supply of geo-tubes for river restoration works.
