Beruas MP Ngeh Koo Ham has claimed that the volume of international trade and the economy of Malaysia has shrunk drastically between 2013-2016 and is not as portrayed by the federal government that the economy had grown during this period and there was growth in the international trade volume.
He said what Malaysians have experienced that businesses have dropped and volume of trade has declined is real and is confirmed by figures supplied by the government in a written parliamentary reply to him.
