Election Commission (EC) chairman Azhar Azizan Harun on Wednesday said political parties have agreed in principle to the Election Commission's reform proposal for automatic voter registration and the voting age of 18.
He also clarified that the changes would take time as both proposals could only be implemented after amending the Federal Constitution.
