Fans FREAK Over Lauren Jauregui's SOLO Debut Relationship Anthem "Expectations"

Lauren Jauregui unleashes her sultry solo debut “Expectations”.
And fans are a just a little SHOOK.
You guys, we STAN. Lauren Jauregui has finally dropped her first solo single EVER. The track called “Expectations” is an emotional relationship anthem featuring Lauren’s signature raspy vocals. It’s also a stunning departure from the Fifth Harmony sound.

We love that this song has Lauren written all over it. And it turns out Lauren is credited as the only writer on the track, an impressive feat for a debut single. “Expectations” is beautiful, sensual and heartbreaking. It’s also super relatable. I mean, we’ve all been there. You try not to have expectations in a relationship, but somehow they always seem to get in the way. But it doesn’t sound like she’s singing about her current flame Ty Dolla $ign because all seems to be well between those two.
Of course, fans have completely lost it over Lauren’s new single. One fan wrote what is probably the best fan reaction ever: “MY WIG IS IN SATURN! I CANT BELIEVE ITS FINALLY HERE. EVERYTHING ABOUT THE SONG IS F*CKING AMAZING. THE CHORUS. THE DARK VIBE. THE GUITAR SOLOOOO. A MASTERPIECE.” Our girl Lily was equally as excited about the drop writing, “omg i just got home to find out my queen @laurenjauregui finally released #expectations and I might not be able to sleep tonight…” Shortly after Lilz provided us with an update, “and then @laurenjauregui likes your tweet when you’re still listening over 20 minutes later…”
There will be more where this came from very soon. Lauren told ET her full length solo debut album QUOTE, “It’s in the works… probably next year.” In the meantime, you can get excited because Lauren will be performing at MTV’s Midterm “Election Afterparty” in Miami on November 6th.
