The movie is set mostly in Paris, even though it picks up after the Dark Wizard Grindelwald escapes custody of the Magical Congress of the United States of America. Or MACUSA for short. The Dark wizard grindelwald is set out to find followers and give pure-blood wizards full control of non-magical beings.
But our main hero Dumbledore can’t let that happen, so he teams up with former student / magiczoologist Newt Scamander to save the day. The trailer is pretty incredible, but the logline for the film is what grabs me the most. “Lines are drawn as love and loyalty are tested, even among the truest friends and family, in an increasingly divided wizarding world.” With the star studded cast of Johnny Depp, Eddie Redmayne, and Jude Law. We couldn’t be more geared up for this magical experience. The movie is aptly titled “Fantastic beasts and where to find them: the crimes of Grindelwald”, and is the 2nd installment of a 5 movie series tied into the Harry Potter Universe.
and be sure to get your season pass for Universal Orlando because they are planning replacing the Dragon Challenge with a thrill ride that will change the game of roller coasters. A rep for universal said “The new attractionw ill be one of the ost highly-themed coaster experiences we’ve created, it will combine a new level of storytelling with an action-packed advencute… and a few surprises along the way.”
