Former managing director of Felcra Training and Consultancy Sdn Bhd Rohaizat Ahmad has claimed trial to 33 charges of abuse of power in granting contracts to his relatives, involving more than RM1.64mil.
Rohaizat, 54, pleaded not guilty to all 33 charges in front of Sessions Court judge Azura Alwi on Wednesday (Sept 4).
All 33 charges fall under Section 23 of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commision (MACC) Act 2009 and punishable under Section 24 of the same Act.
