It felt BETTER than good because guys the trailer for Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life is OUT and it’s totally everything we’ve been waiting for.
Lorelai, Rory, Luke, Sookie and literally every single other character that formed me into an adult human being – they are ALL back in the new Gilmore Girls Netflix trailer and all I can say is THANK GOD I only have to wait to watch this for a few more weeks!
This is not the first look we’ve had at the 4 part Netflix series, but it is definitely the best which make sense because this is the official trailer. Let me just give you a rundown of which other characters we going to see – Kirk, Babette, Miss Pattie, Emily, Paris and even the holy trifecta that is DEAN, JESS and LOGAN. I’m dying. All of Rory’s ex-boyfriends back together in one glorious showing. Sadly, we do see that Richard has passed away as we guessed would be referenced as the actor responsible for everyone’s favorite grandpa, Edward Herrmann also passed recently. That said, you can expect to see Emily making a lot of changes in her life and we also get a sneak peek at what Lorelai and Rory’s current struggles are too. Great news though, it looks like Luke and Lorelai are together and all is well in the world:
The best things (and junkfood) if life never change. Rory is apparently leading what Emily refers to as a “vagabond existence.” She doesn’t have a job or underwear or credit – pretty much anything but that really means the world is her oyster. Also, Stars Hollow is the same magical town it always was and the Dragon Fly is still around – basically I have my calendar booked solid for November 25th and the day this gem hits Netflix. Clearly, I’m beyond obsessed – and now I’m dying to hear from you guys. Will you be watching with me and if so, do you have any hilarious and awesome predictions?
