Iggy Azalea is opening up about her personal body struggles in one of her most candid interviews yet.
She may seem calm and collected while performing onstage, but deep down, Iggy Iggs is only human – insecurities and all!
In a recent interview with Today Australia, Iggy was asked how she always seems so confident like in her latest campaign for Bonds underwear where she stripped down to pose for the Australian swimsuit brand, and her genuinely honest response may surprise you. Check it out:
Iggy also admitted that feeling confident 100% of the time is something to aspire to, but isn’t even sure if it’s humanly possible. But if there’s anything that helps the rapper feel comfortable in her skin on most days, she said QUOTE, “I think it's just having that honest moment with yourself and other people and almost admitting and embracing your flaws or the things that you sometimes feel bad about can empower your own self."
And although recent body image confessions come around the same time as her confession to getting plastic surgery done, Iggy is not at all ashamed of the procedures she’s had done and says she used it as a confidence booster. She said, "Cosmetic surgery can be great, happy with mine. What's wrong is ppl body shamming others. Just live your life!”
