The second Movement Control Order, dubbed "MCO 2.0" came into effect on Wednesday in Penang, Selangor, Malacca, Johor, Sabah, Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Labuan in response to the extreme number of Covid-19 cases in these states and territories.
