When Arvind Raj opened his barbershop last year, he did not expect the Movement Control Order to be imposed once again in 2021.

Now as the MCO has forced some businesses to close under the government's instruction, entrepreneurs like Arvind are willing to make compromises if it means being able to continue operating.

The second Movement Control Order, dubbed "MCO 2.0" came into effect on Wednesday in Penang, Selangor, Malacca, Johor, Sabah, Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Labuan in response to the extreme number of Covid-19 cases in these states and territories.
