So yeah, we kinda saw this coming based on sooo much hype behind Justin’s upcoming new single “What Do You Mean”. Pretty much every celebrity has helped the Biebs countdown the single’s release via Instagram with creative signs. So it’s no surprise that the track will make it’s live debut at the VMAs Sunday August 30. Justin tweeted the announcement late Wednesday, “Only @mileycyrus. Lol. It's true. I'm performing on the #vmas!! #bieberisback :)” Along with this colorful photoshopped image of two Bieber heads on Miley’s chest. Gotta love it. MTV confirmed the slated performance tweeting, “Get ready! @JustinBieber is back. Don't miss his performance at the 2015 #VMAs this Sunday at 9/8c
