Justin Bieber SUED for Injuring Man & Using Racial Slurs During Fight

Justin Bieber is back in headlines, this time because he’s being sued for getting into a major brawl back in 2016.
The drama never ends with this guy.
Justin Bieber has been laying low and keeping himself out of trouble lately, but just when you think all is clear the drama picks up once again. So, what did The Biebs do now? Nothing really… well, at least nothing recently.
The 24-year-old singer is being sued by Tobias Cannon, the man he got into a fight with in Cleveland, Ohio, after Game 3 of the NBA Finals back in 2016. According to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ, the man alleges that Justin and his crew left him with a concussion bad enough to require hospitalization.
The man claims he QUOTE “suffered injuries to his head, neck and back” and even lost consciousness during the brawl. While he says he tried to walk away, Justin allegedly grabbed him by the shirt and QUOTE “then struck [him] with his fist…more than one time.”
When Canon tried to “subdue” the musician, he was allegedly QUOTE “struck in the back of the head” by one of his bodyguards.
But that’s not all. Canon also says that Justin used racial slurs as he was throwing punches. The documents state QUOTE “[Justin’s] threatening communications made in public in front of a number of people included the use of racial epithets.”
While the exact offensive words or phrases used by Justin during the fight aren’t specifically named in the lawsuit, sources tell The Blast that he said the N-word. Justin’s longtime manager Scooter Braun, however, says the man’s claims are not true.
He tweeted QUOTE “Justin Bieber has done a lot of stupid things in his past but what he has also done is apologize and own those mistakes. This most recent claim against him is completely false and a fabrication from a man who tried to push for money for the last several years. It is disgusting to me to see this man lie and try to bring race into a situation to scare us into a payment again. He never said these things before because they never happened. This is a smear tactic to get money and it’s gross. So I repeat... these statements [against] Justin are completely false and we won’t be scared or blackmailed. This man should be ashamed of himself. Real racism exists.. but it doesn’t apply here. Just horrible.”
If the plaintiff IS telling the truth, it wouldn’t be the first time Justin was caught using racial slurs. He rightfully faced a tremendous amount of backlash back in 2014 after a video came out of him replacing the words in his song “One Less Lonely Girl” with the n-word.
He eventually issued an apology saying QUOTE “Facing my mistakes from years ago has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever dealt with, but I feel now that I need to take responsibility for those mistakes and not let them linger. I just hope that the next 14-year-old kid who doesn’t understand the power of these words does not make the same mistakes I made years ago. At the end of the day I just need to step up and own what I did."
Neither Justin nor his team have spoken out about the lawsuit, but if he was serious about owning up to what he’s done in the past, it might be a good idea to say something.
