Justin Bieber is being sued for 100-thousand dollars after smashing a man’s cell phone at a nightclub. Yikes, don’t worry, we’re about to break it all down.
Wow, I’d say that’s the most expensive cell phone Justin will ever buy.
It all started last month, when Justin was spotted at Cle nightclub in Houston. Anyone remember when he put his cigarette out on Post Malone’s arm and then Post Malone was falsely accused of choking Justin??? …yeah that night.
Well apparently Justin also decided to grab a beer bong and start chugging. However, he wasn’t doing so hot and spilt beer ALL OVER himself. So when he saw that SOMEONE caught the whole thing on video, Justin got so angry, he grabbed the phone and threw it to the ground, causing it to be completely destroyed.
Well, that “SOMEONE” was Robert Earl Morgan. And you guessed it, he’s decided to sue Justin for 100-thousand dollars! Now that’s a lot of money for a phone.
Robert claims that his SIM card contained precious memories that he will never get back. Those include pics from his grandma’s 100th birthday party and business contacts that could hurt him financially. Plus, he minored in photography during college so he had over five-thousand photos and videos that documented his travels over the years. Oh mannn.
So far, Justin’s rep hasn’t responded to the lawsuit, but we’re pretty interested to see how this whole thing turns out.
The lesson here, always back-up your phone because you never know when you will see a celeb that could possibly get mad you’re snapping pics and smash it into pieces.
